 How does the OWNER’S QUARTERS program work?

Your Ownership Interest in an OWNER’S QUARTERS villa consists of 4 weeks per year, of deeded undivided interest. The ownership schedule is based upon a 13-week rotating schedule giving each owner 1 week per season. Each year, your ownership interest advances forward one week.
