Below you will find a brief explanation of the sales process and the compensation plan.

Please complete the Customer & Agent Registration Form and SUBMIT to us with as much information as possible about the purchaser, as well as your information for confirmation.

Please complete a separate Customer & Agent Registration Form for each customer that you introduce to Owner’s Quarters so we can protect your commission or referral fee!  Upon receipt of the completed Customer & Agent Registration Form, Drake will confirm your lead and pay you a commission or referral fee of 6% at the closing of the sale. 

All contracts and paperwork will be managed by our office per the Vacation Multiple Ownership Act.  We are bound by the property registration and there is no deviation from this process allowed.  After we execute the documents we will send you a copy for your files.  All closings are done by mail by our designated attorney.

All referrals must be made by licensed real estate agents.  Please provide your information on the Customer & Agent Registration Form.
